No indication of notability per WP:GNG or WP:NACTOR. References cited are from some site called "Glamsham" and written by "Glamsham editorial", or don't talk about him significantly. Being "nominated for Cannes Film Festival 2019" just means that he could have [https://www.festival-cannes.com/en/participer/inscription submitted it himself].
