Fails WP:GNG as no reliable sources can be found. One source that came up in a gScholar search [https://atrium2.lib.uoguelph.ca/xmlui/bitstream/handle/10214/1653/43conrad.pdf?sequence=1&isAllowed=y is but a passing mention]. No other sources found.
