• Keep - on first look this guy seems to be notable in India. I'm not saying I couldn't change my mind on this, but he's on television (probably millions of infomercial type shows), and he's been talked about in the [http://themoroccantimes.com/2015/08/16515/isis-menace-spread-world-peace-stake-cautions-astro-gemmologist-dr-raza The Moroccan Times]. • Keep. When making this article (after a request by a COI editor on IRC), I included enough sources to support the main article. This personage has received over 200 awards, with several reliable sources calling him "India's top astro-gemogolist" . For convenience, I have concentrated on English sources, although their are significantly more in some Indian language. As an aside, I don't appreciate the article being CSD tagged within 15 minutes and the influx of random templates the nom put on my talk page afterward.
