  • Delete. General manager of a water management agency is not an "inherently" notable role under WP:NPOL, and the sources are not substantive coverage about him for the purposes of getting him over WP:GNG: four of the five just glancingly namecheck his existence in lists, and the fifth is a blurb of less than 100 words, which isn't substantive enough to get him over the bar all by itself if it's the only source that does anything more than just list his name.
