First version was speedily deleted for copyright violation. Same user (a new user who has only worked for this article) recreated it without the copyright violation, but without offering any independent RS. This was also marked for speedy deletion, but another user removed the tag because an album was notable. However, it is not notable because of this album designer, and I cannot find any independent reviews or articles in English or Japanese which talk about the notability of this design or of him as an artist.
