Weak Keep as the references provided are reliable and prove notability. The Haddadian-Moghaddam source is especially compelling saying that the journal is 'essential' to the development of translation in Iran. It seems like this is actually quite an important publishing house in Iran given many hits when searching come from bibliographies and footnotes.
