Doesn't appear to meet WP:GNG or WP:BIO. The only web sources I could find are mostly focussed on this movement PTM. I cant find many reliable sources that are independent of this subject. The coverage that exists for this person consist mostly of routine coverage of the movement and a few articles regarding his arrest. But certainly "significant coverage" does not exist, which is a key requirement in meeting WP:GNG Kami2018 (talk) 16:19, 11 July 2020 (UTC)

Keep per WP:SCHOLAR because he is a notable Muslim scholar with significant following especially in his native city of Chaman, Balochistan. He is also regarded as one of the leaders of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement. Besides Pashtuns, Mulla Behram also works for Baloch missing persons and is associated with the human rights organization Voice for Baloch Missing Persons. Also per WP:NOENG: many non-English sources (Pashto, Urdu, etc.) mention him (as "ملا بهرام" and "ملا بہرام"). Khestwol (talk) 18:19, 11 July 2020 (UTC)

Delete i did a google search in Urdu language, and what i found is that they only discuss his arrest [https://jang.com.pk/news/645790-quetta] and public speeche [https://www.bbc.com/urdu/pakistan/2014/07/140707_tribal_journalists_idps_zs]. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 09:18, 23 July 2020 (UTC)
