PRODed with "e coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar.", prod removed with no meaningful rationale, article not improved. • Keep Readers wanting information about this character are unlikely to use an unhelpful title like "List of DC Comics characters: M". The natural title for the topic is the character's name, Murmur, and so we should stick with that. If we did want to consolidate the information then it would be more natural to group the Flash villains together, as [https://www.cbr.com/flash-villains-underrated-vs-overrated-comparison/ here]. • Redirect to List of Flash enemies over the generic DC list, as Murmur is specific to Flash. There is some background on the character's creation in [https://www.google.com/books/edition/The_Flash_Companion/XouCU6WgS8QC?hl=en&gbpv=0 The Flash Companion] (not available in preview), but I don't believe that's enough to justify a standalone article. I suspect there's some coverage of the television adaptation from reviews like [http://www.multiversitycomics.com/reviews/five-thoughts-on-arrows-the-offer-review/ this one]. If someone wants to spend the effort improving the article, I could support keeping it, but as it currently stands readers would be better served by merging it with the list. • Redirect to List of Flash enemies. A borderline case, there might be enough to pass GNG, but it's probably better served with the essential info in the list than as a stand alone. • Redirect to List of Flash enemies - The character is already included in that list, and there is no reliably sourced information in the article, so no need to merge.
