Appears to be a self-published book. It's been published by Lulu.com and "Mission Publications" which seems to be his own company.[https://www.linkedin.com/company/mission-publications/people/] I can find a book review on an antisemitic right-wing site[https://www.veteranstodayarchives.com/2013/08/16/jamil-2/] owned by Veterans Today and it's mentioned on a Veterans Today related site, PressTV, also spouting the same rubbish.(eg "Zionists are behind the notorious multi-billion-dollar Islamophobia industry")[https://www.presstv.com/Detail/2018/04/24/559595/Zionists-are-behind-multibilliondollar-Islamaphoia-industry] but those aren't reliable sources.
