- Keep. Received an award (or maybe an "award" from NME for a goofy video [http://74.125.113.132/search?q=cache:gYUtqUKwneUJ:www.nme.com/awards/video/id/QlsoqKhpOBQ/search/naseem+%22Naseem+Vicky%22&cd=12&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&client=firefox-a]; seems to be enough out there to infer notability from, despite lack of English-language sources. - Weak keep I don't read Urdu, all I can do is just pick out the Persian or Arabic words in Urdu text. But I see his name in lots of newspaper headlines on regular Google search and he seems to have some sort of involvement in theatre: {{find|نسيم وکی}}. cab (talk) 11:10, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
