Can't find anything to satisfy WP:BIO. No independent references. Created by a single-use account (see: Special:Contributions/Aptsingville). Vaguely sounds like advertising. Being a businessman and a member of some committees does not equal notability. Fang Aili ^talk 07:03, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
