It's worth noting this simply hasn't had any improvement since starting in August 2008 when the author moved it to mainspace from their userspace themselves. Delete per nominator. I also note that the article is largely written in a promotional style with great emphasis on the organization's "mission" and "objectives". But more substantively, the article makes no claim that the organization has ever actually done anything notable. NewYorkActuary (talk) 22:44, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
