Keep. Granted the article needs some work, but IMO there are reliable sources which can be added to support the topic. Comment How does it fail to meet notability? There are specific criteria, if the nominator or potential supporters could point to which criteria or even a single criterion they feel it fails, then discussion could be much better focused than it currently is.
