Unreferenced since 2006 perma-stub for a business jargon phrase with no indication of being a topic notable enough for an article. Source searches certainly don't seem to indicate that it is. — Scott • talk 11:25, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
- Keep Definitely notable as I've heard it multiple times and seems to me that this is notable as a term that is frequently used in employment.--Jeffrd10 (talk) 12:24, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
