This project was [http://therealdeal.com/blog/2011/10/21/kent-swig-s-45-broad-street-to-hit-the-auction-block-after-lehman-brothers-foreclosed/ apparently scrapped] as of October 21, 2011. There is however a new Nobu Hotel and restaurant that recently opened at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on February 3, 2013. Stubbleboy 18:20, 7 March 2013 (UTC)
