Very poorly referenced topic, possibly WP:OR since no source cited (there are just two footnotes) suggests this is a common name, and GS search for this topic yields zero results. This seems to be another ref [https://www.google.com/books/edition/Poker_Strategy_and_Winning_Play/TVg0lhQvNQMC?hl=en&gbpv=0&bsq=%22speical%20hands%22].
