Comment: There apparently was an effort to build a nuclear power plant in Yemen circa 2007. Can't imagine why it never went anywhere. Well that was just a lie by a Yemeni president (Ali Abdullah Salah) during 2006 elections. He said he is going to generate electricity from nuclear power but nothing happened after his promise it was just to get more supporters. He is from political party called Mutamar which owns one of the sources you gave and I think Saba also belongs to that party.--SharabSalam (talk) 07:54, 3 May 2019 (UTC)
Delete - SABA is the state news agency and Almotamar is run by the controlling political party. The only independent source here is Arabian Business, which is of unknown reliability and marginal depth.
