I am unable to find enough coverage of the subject, a South African rugby union player, to meet WP:GNG or WP:SPORTCRIT. The most I found was a few sentences of coverage [https://www.sarugbymag.co.za/schools-player-poaching-breaking-the-code/ here] in a larger story about South African high schools "poaching" rugby players.
