I am not sure if he passes WP:MUSICBIO. I don't see any in-depth coverage, or awards. The reference to his albums published as part of the Class&Jazz Duo ensemble seems self-published. Comments appreciated. PS. It is possible the ensemble may be notable, but it is very dubious he is - perhaps this could be rewritten and renamed Class&Jazz Duo (but again, I don't see refs for the ensemble's notability, either). • There's also a [https://tools.wmflabs.org/copyvios/?lang=en&project=wikipedia&title=Oleg+Bezuglov&oldid=&action=search&use_engine=1&use_links=1&turnitin=0 possible copyvio]. - TheMagnificentist 12:19, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
  • Oleg Bezuglov had the Wikipedia page in Russian since 2008. [https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%91%D0%B5%D0%B7%D1%83%D0%B3%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2,_%D0%9E%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B3_%D0%92%D1%8F%D1%87%D0%B5%D1%81%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87 Check it out here]. This article is an attempt to establish this artists' presence in the English segment of WP, especially since he resides in US. He has been a winner of several notable chamber music competition as it is stated in the article (First prize at the Shostakovich Competition, Third prize at the Maria Yudina Competition in St. Petersburg and Third prize at ICMEC competition in Boston). He is also the Honored Worker of All-Russian Musical Society. This organization has a rather strict regulations for its nominees (e.g. substantial national presence, competition prizes, and limit for 20 nominations per year). Bezuglov has newspaper coverage in Russian national newspapers, including Muzikalnoe Obozrenie, Vecherni Rostov, and Nashe Vremya, and Ukranian press in Vechernya Odessa. He has records available on almost any media-source, including Apple iTunes, Rhapsody, MediaNet, Amazon MP3, Spotify, Google Music Store, Slacker Radio, YouTube Music, Pandora, and others. Also he is a reasonably prominent member of two or more independently notable ensembles: besides Class&Jazz, he is associate concertmaster, assistant principal second and first violin member member in six professional symphony orchestras in US, members of American Federation of Musicians. This is also listed in the article. I am still working on the article, and will keep adding new information. I hope that other contributors will help as well. However, even with the points I listed, Oleg Bezuglov is meeting several WP notability criteria and he does have in-depth coverage though mostly in Russian sources. I would appreciate you withdrawing your nomination for deletion. Thanks! Fiddler11 (talk) 01:52, 27 June 2017 (UTC)
  • The issue with the copyvio was already addressed and discussed. The page in question is the ensemble Class&Jazz's bio, and it has the copyright release note. Fiddler11 (talk) 01:53, 27 June 2017 (UTC)
  • Where was the copyvio issue discussed? Where is the release note? I don't see any Wikipedia:OTRS ticket note on article's talk page. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 07:15, 27 June 2017 (UTC)
  • The release note "The text of this webpage is released under the Creative Commons Zero Waiver 1.0(CC0)" is on the http://class-jazz.com/about-us webpage, which was the point of copyvio concern. It was discussed on the Talk page, and I might have accidentally deleted it. I am new to WP and still adapting to use its tools Fiddler11 (talk) 07:35, 27 June 2017 (UTC)
