Non-notable family newsletter failing WP:NOTABILITY. Created and Maintained by WP:SPA WP:COI accounts. They dont even have a "real" website, instead they are using Wikipedia as their "official Website page" see Basic Information in this section-> [http://www.facebook.com/pages/Olongapo-News/309876565705432 website].
