Merge and Redirect to Kuwaiti detainees at Guantanamo Bay. No significant coverage found of the individual, thus fails WP:GNG. The subject's detention is notable and thus the article falls under WP:BLP1E, however it can be said that the individual detention and related sub-events of the detention fail WP:EFFECT. Additionally the subject fails WP:CRIMINAL & WP:ANYBIO. As the subject falls under a notable group, a redirect can be left in the articlespace and the verified content can be merged into the target article.--RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 02:58, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
