Delete Subject is simply not notable as per WP:SENSATION. This Korean (South) dude just became a minor sensation because he was covered in snow whilst reporting (?!) No enduring coverage. Furthermore, we are not a news site writing about overnight South Korean sensation. There's a reason we try to wait and not jump on every possible topic to create an article on.
