Nothing explaining why this person is notable. The only thing I could find is that he was a member of a think-tank (where this article is linked), and related to a king’s private secretary. RedBulbBlueBlood9911Talk 11:16, 2 June 2020 (UTC)

Delete. The article isn't even attempting to claim that he's ever held any WP:NPOL-passing office, and it's not referenced to any reliable sources whatsoever for the purposes of getting him over WP:GNG as a thinktanker per se. Bearcat (talk) 17:19, 2 June 2020 (UTC)
