None of the information in the article even as much as alleges that the subject is notable in any way. If this is all that can be said for the subject, then this article should have been speedily deleted. In short, this fellow is NOT NOTABLE in any way, shape, or form.   • Keep. Won at Odessa 1908 and Riga 1937, consequently linked from List of strong chess tournaments and List of mini chess tournaments. Second at Birmingham 1939 and tied for first at London 1940, consequently linked from 1939 in chess and 1940 in chess.
