Does not pass WP:BIO/WP:GNG. When searching for independent and reliable secondary sources I mostly found passing mentions of Thurrott. The only in depth source I could find is this WP:INTERVIEW from [https://www.theverge.com/2011/12/7/2616205/5-minutes-on-the-verge-paul-thurrott The Verge], which would be considered a primary source.
