Delete or Merge to The Inferior - There is insufficient reliable source coverage of the subject of this AFD to establish general notability or author/creative notability. Zero hits in Google Scholar, one hit in Google Book for the author's own work, and a dozen or so periodical references which I have detailed below.

~~Keep, and Don't~~ Merge. Isn't the fact that Peadar wrote a popular, influential novel reason enough to keep this article? His book has recieved wonderful reviews, and this reflects his skill as an author. Peadar deserves his own page. Grand Mattster 16:32, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Merge with The Inferior. Adding a paragraph entitled "Author" with brief but complete coverage maybe, until more sources come out. --Cyclopia (talk) 01:32, 25 September 2009 (UTC)
Merge the other two articles (the notable book --it's not borderline, SLJ+Kirkus is enough, they are both extremely selective)-- and the "series" which at present consists of only the one book) into the article for the author. An author can write more books. If the first is successful, they usually do. In doubt, this should be the place to put the material, The one thing we should not have at this stage is >1 article--where we put the single article is less important.
