Article fails WP:NOTDICTIONARY and is unencyclopedic. Wikipedia is not a dictionary, usage, jargon or slang and idiom guidee. A [http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Person-to-person+guaranteeing%22&aq=f&oq=&aqi= google search of this term] clearly shows this phrase has no significance in the real world, nor should it have any business being an article on wikipedia. • Delete. Nothing worthwhile here that couldn't be included in loan guarantee, and I'm still rather vague about how what this article proposes differs from that more established term; that means this is a content fork.
