Possible failure of WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL. The appearances for Telecom Egypt and Yeni Malatyaspor are unverified and, in any case, neither of these clubs were playing in an WP:FPL at that time. I found one small [https://ghanasoccernet.com/ghanaian-midfielder-philemon-akomeah-out-of-danger-after-collapsing-in-cyprus Ghana Soccernet] article about a collapse and also some transfer rumour coverage relating to [https://www.kickgh.com/more/ghanaians-abroad/2131-ghanaian-midfielder-philemon-akomeah-joins-bulgarian-side-pfc-slavia-sofia Slavia Sofia] and another for [https://footballghana.com/ghanas-philemon-akomeah-set-to-sign-for-iranian-club-sepahan-sc Sepahan]. I am completely unable to verify that he ever actually played for either of those two clubs, if he did then he would certainly be notable. Soccerway covers both the top tier of Bulgaria and of Iran but [https://uk.soccerway.com/search/?q=philemon&module=all a search for his name fails to find him], which makes me suspect that he never played a game for either Slavia Sofia nor Sepahan. • Delete: Per nom and without prejudice to change vote to Keep if significant coverage is later found. For my search, I was unable to find WP:SIGCOV for the subject, noting that someone with searching skills for Ghanaian/Turkish sources might uncover things I was unable to.
