oh yes he is nobleman.

non-notable person. Not considered a prince by any recognised authority; the only reference I can find to a House of Osman is as part of the malta exiles. "ninety years ago my ancestors were kicked out and sent to an island in the middle of the Mediterranean" is not a claim to notability; hell, I'm closer to a recognised claim of royalty than this guy.
