Does not appear to meet WP:NACADEMIC. In the two sources provided, he is only [https://books.google.ca/books?id=nKJiBUFrmfoC&pg=PA45 briefly mentioned] in the first, and [https://books.google.ca/books?id=11HcoDXy7zoC&pg=PA441 does not show up at all] in the second (which, in any case, is a book of correspondences).
