Keep- the fellow is a retired IAS officer who has been Deputy Collector of a former princedom in India (merged since Union) and has done a considerable amount of social service in the region, the field of education is mentioned. He continues in work for upliftment of the poor and has received recent media coverage. Although article is poorly laid out and needs improvement, in his local area, he is a respected notable.--Whiteguru (talk) 10:01, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
