Delete - Lacks notability, which it doesn't even attempt to assert. Beyond My Ken (talk) 21:31, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
Delete based on eye-witness accounts not sources. The neighborhood is Mandarin, Jacksonville, Florida. No merge necessary as aside from a homeowner's association, Ramsgate doesn't exist. --Bejnar (talk) 03:33, 25 March 2010 (UTC)
