Notability concerns - lack of significant coverage independent of the subject in reliable sources. After excluding facebook, I only [http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Rashed+Uddin+Ahmed+Topu%22+-facebook found] a single reliable source, and that was a trivial mention.   • DELETE - Does not appear to be notable subject based on search of english sources. Very minor mention in one or two articles. Other sources (including facebook) cannot demonstrate notability.
