Delete - Agreed, several of the references are insufficient and the best one would be the second from the top supporting his basketball career. Google News archives found one link also mentioning his basketball career [http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&gl=us&tbm=nws&q=Ray+Stoney&oq=Ray+Stoney&gs_l=news-cc.3..43j43i400.1088.1088.0.1923.1.1.0.0.0.0.50.50.1.1.0...0.0...1ac.1j2.cNw-voHCjU4#q=Ray+Stoney&hl=en&gl=us&tbm=nws&source=lnt&tbs=ar:1&sa=X&ei=6P5lUJC8B-qw2QX-u4EY&ved=0CCIQpwUoBQ&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&fp=c7a269c754ffe184&biw=1429&bih=706 here] (third link from the top). When I added "actor" to my search, I found one small mention [http://www.filmthreat.com/reviews/6198/ here], supporting his Delivery Boy Chronicles role and another small mention for that film [http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/32101/delivery-boy-chronicles/ here]. This actor appears to have several roles through well-known TV programs so I believe this is a case of WP:TOOSOON, there are few reliable and significant sources to support an appropriate article.
