Subject occupies an administrative government position, not really notable per WP:NPOLITICIAN, and for WP:GNG purposes the coverage seems fairly WP:ROUTINE. Much coverage is made of her passing a civil service exam, although I have no way of knowing why that would be notable; even those who pass the world's most difficult exam don't all merit articles here. ~Anachronist (talk) 17:29, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

  • Delete. I see notices of promotions etc., articles based on statements by the subject, and an article based on a statement by her mother. And she is no doubt a very competent, intelligent, and likable person. But no evidence of notability.   Maproom (talk) 17:45, 4 July 2021 (UTC)

  • Delete I do not see if "Director of Urban Affairs" in Kerala state is "inherently notable". ─ The Aafī (talk) 05:46, 5 July 2021 (UTC)

  • Comment {{u|Anachronist}}, to your knowledge, UPSC - Union Public Service Commission exam is the most toughest exams in the world.106.197.30.1 (talk) 08:13, 5 July 2021 (UTC) 106.197.30.1 (talk) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
  • :Not according to sources I found. It's a tough exam, but not the toughest. And it's irrelevant. Passing a professional exam isn't a claim to notability sufficient for inclusion here. ~Anachronist (talk) 14:30, 5 July 2021 (UTC)
  • Delete I agreed the UPSC entrance exam is one of the competitive exams in India But Wikipedia is not the platform of listing the candidates who have cleared the tough exams. The subject does not pass WP:NPOLITICIAN and WP:GNG. And most of the coverage seems like a WP:ROUTINE. GermanKity (talk) 09:58, 5 July 2021 (UTC)
  • Keep There's quite a lot of coverage here, she's been the subject of coverage as the first woman to hold a particular office, she's won a major governmental award, and she holds a state-level office (not an elected one, so doesn't automatically meet NPOL, but I think overall this tends towards GNG). Furius (talk) 13:49, 6 July 2021 (UTC)
  • :She's one of many who won the same award (see G-Files awards). Being the first woman to hold an administrative role is interesting but not notable if the coverage of that fact is simply mentioned and not covered; the only source in the article mentions it only in the title and the source is an interview (primary source). ~Anachronist (talk) 14:18, 6 July 2021 (UTC)
  • Delete per the nominator’s convincing policy based rationale.4meter4 (talk) 12:15, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
