Can anyone please explain what this article is about?

Alternator is notable and we have an article on it.

As a specific type of alternator, this alternator makes too little sense to even begin to clean it up (see Talk:).

As one local installation of alternators, it might make some sense but would be better merged to Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park. However that article already appears to contain everything useful from here. Andy Dingley (talk) 15:33, 4 November 2015 (UTC)

Delete. The topic may be notable as I've seen some sources giving it passing mention. It doesn't appear notable enough for it's own article, but would be relevant as a small rewritten subsection the alternator that could be considered for a split if it ever reached that point.
