Speculative and WP:OR-ish article that appears to fail WP:V. The single source that actually mentions the subject does little more than give a transcription of a damaged inscription with the name, and does not conclusively identify the man. A high-profile person of this name did exist, but basically everything said here is uncertain, put together through WP:OR and WP:SYNTH. No information exists on this man's life or accomplishments, aside from the name itself which appears in a damaged inscription somewhere. Avilich (talk) 21:35, 29 December 2021 (UTC)

• Delete, considering that the main source for this article doesn't even mention the name (Latin or Greek[https://books.google.be/books?id=FYaoDwAAQBAJ&pg=PA210&dq=%22Rhoemetalces+Philocaesar%22&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwja4-japZ31AhWJ4YUKHZh9ApcQ6AF6BAgFEAI#v=onepage&q=%CE%A1%CE%BF%CE%B9%CE%BC%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%AC%CE%BB%CE%BA%CE%B7%CF%82%20%CE%A6%CE%B9%CE%BB%CE%BF%CE%BA%CE%B1%E1%BF%96%CF%83%CE%B1%CF%81&f=false] version), it would be irresponsible to keep or merge it.
