A non-notable author; None of the references are about him, only about his books or random news articles where he is quoted. Both of his books were published through Greenleaf Book Group which "is based on a business model where the author pays for the publishing". For "Emerald Book Company" note [http://www.independentpublisher.com/article.php?page=1660]. power~enwiki (π, ν) 20:41, 12 March 2018 (UTC)

:Delete - previously speedied three times, but the creator just doesn't seem to have got the message. Deb (talk) 19:55, 13 March 2018 (UTC)

  • It's not fair to say the creator hasn't gotten the message. The last two speedied versions were nowhere near as promotional as the first (history now at Draft:Richard Watts (author)), and unlike all three, the currently-visible version at least makes some effort at pointing out third-party coverage. That coverage doesn't amount to what's needed to meet our inclusion criteria, however. Delete. —Cryptic 00:43, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
