• Merge to Oakland Athletics minor league players. I agree he doesn't meet GNG at present, but there's potential for him to in the near future and we set up these minor league player pages to incubate individuals whose GNG cases are spotty. – Muboshgu (talk) 23:39, 14 December 2015 (UTC)

• Merge to Oakland Athletics minor league players. I remind everyone that WP:GNG is a prerequisite, but not a guarantee of the subject's inclusion as a stand-alone Wikipedia article. Even when a particular subject is clearly notable, editors may decide that the subject is better covered as part of a larger article or list, and for most minor league baseball players they are better covered proportionately and in the context of their minor league contemporaries.
