Keep. The fact that the ruling body of the Ghana Premier League is known as the [http://www.happyghana.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1843:tight-security-for-all-blacks-game&catid=23:sports&Itemid=1 Professional League Board] would imply that this is a professional league.
