Subject doesn't appear to be notable per WP:BIO. Credentials, while they may be impressive on a resume, aren't referenced and aren't so notable as to set the subject apart from many other physicians. The single reference is not about Kast and only mentions him a couple times in passing. All GNews seem to be about other people named "Robert Kast". Dismas|(talk) 06:23, 17 June 2012 (UTC)

  • Delete Resumé is that of almost any successful and civic-minded physician, not enough to satisfy WP:BIO. Subject lacks significant coverage at Google News; the only reference listed in the article mentions him in passing. PubMed finds no publications by him; Google Scholar search is overwhelmed by other people with the same name; but he does not appear to have any significant publications which might qualify him under WP:ACADEMIC. Probably a fine person, but not sufficiently notable for an article in an international encyclopedia. --MelanieN (talk) 22:08, 18 June 2012 (UTC)

  • Delete Gross vanity with a dollop of commercial promo thrown in.
