WP:BLP of a person whose principal notability claim is being a wife.
As always, notability is WP:NOTINHERITED, so people don't get articles just because of who they were married to -- but there isn't really any other strong notability claim being made here at all, and the only other attempt at one (board member of a charity) is referenced to a primary source rather than any evidence of media coverage about her work in that role to establish any notability for it.
