Already deleted twice. Does not meet WP:ANYBIO. Only reference that is substantive and a reliable source is the SMH interview. Delete I cannot find sufficient to support anywhere near GNG. I was going to suggest a redirect and minor merge to Australia India Youth Dialogue based on [https://www.sbs.com.au/language/english/audio/ruchir-punjabi-the-future-chasers-and-aiyd-2015 this], and that Australia India Youth Dialogue is lent on by a [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?cirrusUserTesting=control&sort=relevance&search=%22Australia+India+Youth+Dialogue%22&title=Special:Search&profile=advanced&fulltext=1&advancedSearch-current=%7B%7D&ns0=1 number of bios], but it does not exist.
