Non-notable sportsman. Participated in one Olympic event, and that is all that is mentioned. [https://olympstats.com/2021/09/09/missing-data-on-lebanese-olympians/ Per Olympic historian Paul Tchir], the fact that he participated is the only information we have on Salam, not even a birthdate. • Redirect to Shooting at the 1948 Summer Olympics – Men's 50 metre rifle prone where his 70th place finish (out of 71 competitors) is recorded. A stand-alone article can't be supported here because there is a complete failure to satisfy WP:SPORTBASIC, prong 5, which mandates: "All sports biographies must include at least one reference to a source providing significant coverage of the subject, excluding database sources."
