This article has multiple issues

1. Does not meet style layout

2. Does not meet notability requirements

3. Does not say much about the player at all

So I suggest delete it Wikishagnik (talk) 19:24, 4 February 2012 (UTC)

Delete or maybe redirect to Atlanta Legion. Per WP:RLN, playing for the US in a non-World Cup match is not notable. And rightly so. The US is not a full member of the RLIF; rugby league is the smallest of fringe sports there. Also, it does not appear that Tongamoa has been covered significantly by reliable sources (as opposed to non-independent official rugby league write-ups). --Mkativerata (talk) 19:29, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
