May possibly fail WP:GNG. There is a precedence to be strict in terms of eligibility of barangays on English Wikipedia: see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Santa Cruz, Camarines Norte as well as Wikipedia:Tambayan Philippines/Frequent discussions/Articles on barangays. Barangays are currently not settlements, even if they were meant to be such before (especially during the time the Philippine towns were just mere administrative layers called "municipal districts").
