Non-notable doctor. I have found some mentions here: [http://www.thedailystar.net/health/bariatric-surgery-how-it-benefits-you-127537] [http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/kolkata/Beware-of-the-fine-lines-before-you-go-for-cosmetic-surgery/articleshow/47620680.cms] but don't consider that substantial enough coverage to satisfy WP:BIO as the articles are about cosmetic surgery in general, rather than about this subject.
