Keep, but eliminate the non-Australia-specific discussion. There are sufficient references to support an article. Alternatively, merge into Desalination#Australia. Clarityfiend (talk) 04:53, 1 February 2012 (UTC)

Keep per above. Lots of wiki articles are substandard, the solution is to fix them. This is clearly a noteworthy topic. --99of9 (talk) 01:47, 2 February 2012 (UTC)
