:Delete - There's nothing really to this concept that isn't already completely conveyed by the plain meaning of the two words in the phrase. It's like having an article for "conservatives over 50" or something. And more to the point, regarding GNG there's no sourcing here that demonstrates it's a unique concept, a regularly referenced strain of conservatism, well-defined jargon, or the name of a movement or well defined group of people.
