Not an obviously notable academic, being only at secondary education level, and the article is cited entirely to primary sources. I turned down a CSD request as it might be possible to argue a merge / redirect for Carlton le Willows Academy, or there maybe old print sources that I can't find. I think the principal difference is that Tony Little was head of Eton College, which is several orders of magnitude more notable than Carlton le Willows Academy. Ritchie333 ^(talk) ^(cont) 10:39, 23 January 2015 (UTC)

Delete. He didn't "found" the school. He was its first headmaster. There is an enormous difference. School headteachers have a very high notability bar and he's nowhere near meeting it. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:00, 29 January 2015 (UTC)

Without trying to be overly contentious, I accept the lack of notability; but dispute the claim made regarding foundation. I have quoted from the Grammar school website, in an account made by his son: "To those of you who started at the school after 1957, this might seem a slightly odd request, but dad was the first (I suppose now, you’d say, founding, or foundation) head master when the school opened its doors in 1954. Yes, he was the founding headmaster (that's just a posh way of saying "first"); he was not, however, the founder (which generally means he initiated the project or paid for it). -- Necrothesp (talk) 20:18, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
